Legacy Asset Services was created to give people a more personal way to understand and move through the state-held asset claim process. We are a small Tampa-based company that operates on transparency and trust. Working directly with individuals, families, heirs, and businesses to help organize documents, and assist with claims that may involve old records, estates, probate, or business matters.

Led by Jason Burgess and Ivan Lenoir, our team brings experience in real estate, financial and heirship research, documentation, and legal coordination. When claims involve probate, estates, or other legal issues, our in-house counsel is available to help address those matters as part of the process.

Our goal is simple: provide clear communication, personal service, and practical help from start to finish.
