We’ll explain your options, gather and prepare necessary documents/agreements and handle any legal work associated if necessary, including probate. We’ll work with the State to process any legal paperwork required and keep you updated along the way.

Our fee is percentage-based and is explained in writing before you move forward. There are no upfront fees and we work on a contingency basis. We don’t get paid, unless you get paid
